Within the framework of HIP – Horeca Professional Expo, a meeting focused on innovation, digital transformation and trends in the HORECA sector, the third edition of the Digital Gastronomy Startup Forum (March 22, Digital Theatre) -by LABe Digital Gastronomy Lab- is organized, a showcase and space for synergies and networking in front of a global and specialized audience, formed by business leaders in the sector, potential partners, investors and young entrepreneurs.
The forum is looking for disruptive projects that impact the back-office and front-office of the gastronomy and hospitality of the future, in technologies such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, IoT, Robotics and new equipment, Automation, 3D Printing with and without food, Blockchain, Mixed Realities, etc.
